    It’s questionable whether that STATEMENT is true in all locations bec I had a college course on ECONOMIC GEOGRAPHY and there are businesses who compile and sell such information about the income & lifestyles of individuals living in or working in that particular zipcode.

    That being said, the owner of such commercial real estate also is fully aware of the general revenue and cash flow of certain businesses, and also all business types do not attract the same type of clients, rather some feed off the overlow and passing customers which is what YOUR MGMT EXPERT might have been referring to?

    I might add from what I have heard from those who have applied and not gotten Franchises, that McDonald’s and KFC are selective in the application process…
