I’ve tried numerous baked “fried” chicken. It never tastes right.
Just get a good baked or grilled chicken recipe and go with that. What about marinating the chicken in lemon, rosemary and garlic and making roast garlic potatoes with it?

Of course you can. Only put it in the oven after cleaning and seasoning of course, and bake at 350 degrees until fully cooked.
Baked potatos
wash potato full unpeeled and poke it a few times with a fork, wrap it in aluminum foil. Leave it in the oven at 350. check for readiness by inserting a tooth pick and it seems soft. Cut in center and add whatever butter, melted cheese, broccoli and cheddar/parmessan cheese.
Don’t burn yourself. Take all precautions.

I’ve “baked” fried chicken before. I don’t think that it’s any healthier this way, but certainly easier. prepare your chicken the same way you would when you fry it…(dipped in milk & egg, then flour) or however you prefer. Then put the cooking oil in a roaster pan, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan and then a little more. Cover w/foil, bake and then turn chicken over just like you would in a frying pan. I cook my bacon in the oven also. On a cookie sheet. You can cook all of the bacon at once, and there’s no need for turning it over.

coat the chicken in egg then dip in crushed ritz crackers and spices according to your taste. Coat a baking pan with cooking oil or spray, put the chicken in the oven on 350 degrees, dont allow the chicken to burn, but turn it frequently..chicken is done when it reaches 171 degrees internally as checked with a meat thermometer.
a good side dish with the chicken is broccoli with cheese sauce, macaroni and cheese, pasta salad, or if you must use potatoes in your meal, potatoes au gratin is an alternative.
ENJOY
