Can you measure how much you are loved by the amount of fried chicken brought to your family at your death?

Is it just a Southern thing? Whenever someone dies people bring lots of food to your house, especially fried chicken.
The more friends, the more chicken.

    My friend died in the summer and they brought allot of beer and cold sandwiches… Maybe that’s a northern thing?

    Thank God I don’t live in Cali… I need meat, beer and Morgans!
