RAWR asked: First of all I don’t have a deep frying but good deep stove-top pans.
Im good with cooking, but I keep making lousy fried chicken, some with egg batters and its either to salty or no flavour at all.
What are some ingredients that make fried chicken so juicy crunchy and delicious.
I haven’t tried with any with any good breadings either, like italian bread crumbs, yuck.

Light/Dark Thinker asked: ‘Cause I sure don’t! Okay I’m a beginner when it comes to cooking. I’ve tried out some type of fried chicken before with some seasoning, but it never tasted as good as the ones my mom makes. I want to learn how to make all types of fried chicken. So if you’re willing to share with me what you know on how to cook fried chicken, then THANKS! ^_^ Also… about how much time should the chicken sit on one side? Should I drown the chicken in oil lol? High, medium, low heat??? What kind of oil do you recommend to cook it with. Thanks for those who help out!

I have a bag of frozen chicken thighs that are fried. They are pre-packaged that way. The directions say to pressure fry them. I want to bake them. How can I make sure that they come out cooked all the way through and still come out crispy? Please help….

Margaret B asked: Almost every recipe I see requires a deep fat fryer. I don’t want to buy one since I would practically never use it except for fried chicken. I do have an electric skillet that is approximately 1 inch deep and can heat up to 400 degrees. No problem for me to leave the skin on, as it’s my favorite part (just about - and in moderation!).

Anne L asked: I’m using my grandmother’s old recipes, but she never made bread or dessert…why, because “sweets and starch make you fat”, lol…never mind the fried chicken and potato salad w/ mayo in it…hahaha.
Would biscuits be good? And for dessert? Or any other sides?
I’m wondering if an old-fashioned baked banana pudding with a meringue top (you know, the kind nobody makes anymore b/c of all the convenience food approaches).
