KFC and All Fried Chicken

I’ve been working at KFC for 3 days now and my face is all red and itchy, and has small bumps that you can’t see on it.

I’ve never had acne or anything like that, but I do have a skin condition called eczema. I’ve never had eczema on my face and I am freaking out, please tell me what to do to help my face. It’s so itchy and red.
