I am a health freak and I try to adapt regular foods to be healthy…I just got the idea to make fried chicken with whole wheat flour, seasoning and olive oil what do you think of that recipe?
The reason im asking this question is that KFC is only KFC but when i travel to other states i still see Kentucky Fried Chicken and the LOGO’s are similar but different. I think KFC is owned by pepsi and some Kentucky Fried Chicken spots are still owned by the actual name. Any Help?
As a comparison I want to know what the difference is in nutritional information (nutritional fact sheet would be nice). Just boneless, skinless chicken ****** (no added oil).
