Briyetta asked:

Hi, my name is Briyetta and I live on the Spratly Islands (look Wikipedia if you don’t know where).

We just got a computer by George, and my sister will soon get baby. I want to become more american, and I see you eat Kentucky Fried Chicken and ask for baby names, I do too now. I just gotten a bucket of KFC.

My sister just got pregnant, and my father, the wisest man in our tribe, says it is a boy. What do you think about name Hoepo? In Spratly Islandish, Hoepo means “the joyful bells”, and her baby will laugh like a joyful bell, the ocean tells me.

Help, is this good name?

Steve

I have noticed that whenever i go to my favourite chicken place KFC the workers(cleaners) are always very noisy and screech the chairs loudly when they move them,i live in the U.K so i dont know if they do it in the U.S but i find it very annoying and it grates on my nerves. Do they do it on purpose to annoy customers? Can i make a complaint or something?

I am looking for a decent fried chicken recipe/preparation.
I have about just over an hour to prepare it, I only have chicken drumsticks and thighs and basic kitchen ingredients, I dont intend to deep fry, just shallow frying.
Will appreciate preparations, recipes, cooking instructions and timing.

That’s right I made some fried vegetarian chicken balls

http://www.flickr.com/photos/11808780@N08/sets/72157601553456953/

it’s got sweet and hot sauce on it, it’s crispy and full of flavor, on a bed of fried noddles, served with brown rice and hot peppers.

oh it taste like chicken too, but it cost 10 times less and no animal dies.

so the question is do you eat TVP? if no why not?
kitkat, they didn’t cook it right

Kentucky Fried Chicken Song?
In the recent Kentucky Fried Chicken commercials (i.e. the links at the bottom of this page) I was wondering what band was playing as the background music, and what the song title was. I know that the “theme song” of KFC is “Sweet Home Alabama”, and I’m not looking for that song. If you listen to the background music from the YouTube links below, I was hoping that someone would be able to tell me. Thank you all.

P.S. They also use the same song in the KFC “Sauce-less Wings” ad.

You probably have to be over 40 years old to remember this. The chicken was kind of like KFC’s Original Recipe, not “extra crispy” at all. It was only around for a limited time, maybe just the summer.
