Don’t you hear a loud, high pitch “squueeaaaakkk” whenever the mom says “kentucky fried chicken” and before the kid (boy) talks? I always hear it. It’s so loud, and it hurts my ears.

Is this apology enough for you for him making this grossly inappropriate remark? How would he like it if someone said, “I ate that Kentucky Fried Chicken like — like I was African American, or something”? Forget it, Al Sharpton would have been on the news asking for the resignation of a white man in power had he made that remark, so where is society’s anger now that Obama uttered this crass insult?

This “joke” from Obama was disgusting and hypocritical coming from him and he needs to do more to make up for this, right?

I have eaten it in Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, UK, etc.) North America( Canada, Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, etc) Asia (Israel) and every place I have had it, it is better than where it originated. In the USA, it is usually extremely greasy, the skin is falling off and it prompts intestinal distress, to say it politely. I love KFC, but not in the USA.
Good point about not eating local food. I do 95% of the time. I have lived seven years overseas and American food is a craving that needs to be met now and then.
