I forgive him, but I don’t forgive George W. Bush for starting an unnecessary war in Iraq that has taken over 4200 GIs lives. Did you know that when George builds the monument to himself (The Bush Library), it will contain no mention of Iraq? Do you think that Rush Limbaugh will jump all over that?

Ah, insight. He could apologize till Kingdom Come, and it wouldn’t change the fact that he slipped and showed his true self. It’s a heart thing. Remember, most of us cling to our guns and our God, at least according to Obama. He ain’t no nice guy.

Rush Limbaugh may or may not have made fun of Michael J. Fox’s disability. What is not debatable is the callous indifference President Obama has shown to millions of special needs people throughout the world!
The liberal media should be ashamed of itself for targeting Limbaugh for destruction but giving this sicko Obama a free pass.

Yes, I have a special needs grandaughter, who is a Special Olympics athlete, and took no offence to his remark considering he realized it may offend some, and almost immediatley apologised.

It was inappropriate to say it on TV, but it’s the kind of thing people commonly talk about in their living room with friends. It’s good that he apologised quickly.

I make jokes like this all the time with friends, but I usually don’t have anything against the people I joke about. I would do my best not to tell these jokes on a stage though, because people might get the wrong idea. People who are often in the spotlight have a tough time avoiding saying things like this - they end up with their foot in their mouth more often than others mostly because they’re on stage all the time.

Some statements of this sort should be taken more seriously than others. Joking about the special olympics does not show any real hatred of disabled people.

It really doesn’t matter who among us accept it or not - an apology is an expression of regret, not payment of a debt.

I’ve never been in the Special Olympics so it’s not for me to accept or not accept his apology.I do think it was real funny.I can’t bowl a 129 so where would I bowl?

Hitler had distain for the disabled many of the german mentally challenged were the 1st to be put in the gas chambers. This disgusting statement along with embryonic stem cell research shows a view that the state owns human life.

He is an arrogant elitist and a propagandist that would make Goebbels proud.. Misspeaking is a common force used in propaganda.
To make it right he needs to quit saying stuff like that, period. It’s not funny. And personally I see through it. It is typical of a pathological narcissist.

Face it, he deluded 62 million americans to vote for a 1st term junior senator who only served 150 days of that term.. The parallels to ****** are amazing. He was born bi-racial raised by a 1/2 jewish mother and has a bitter hatred of jews. (as yet to be expressed) and partially shown through $900 million dollars given to Hamas.

seems to me the writing is on the wall if you don’t have a weapon get one and make sure you have food and ammo.

Yes, apology accepted. Some people just don’t want to let it go they want to hop on every thing and anything the President says and does. Mainly because he won, and their candidate lost. They are a bunch of sore losers.
