yes, they have self serve drink fountains.

Yes you get a cup then go get whatever drink you want as much as you want.

All the KFC’s I’ve been to had free refills on soft drinks. As long as you were still in the restaurant, but if you left, you had to pay again.

Yes they have self serve. Most of the American fast foods will let you get seconds.
