Chickens are regularly fed hormones to make them grow and antibiotics for infection prevention. The poultry industry is a horrible affair. See links.
Other Labels Regulated by the USDA
• “Certified”: Meat that has been stamped with this label has been “evaluated” by the USDA “for class, grade, or other quality characteristics.”
• “Natural”: Use of this label is permitted if the product contains “no artificial ingredient or added color and is only minimally processed.”
• “No Hormones”: This label applies only to beef. Since hormones are not supposed to be given to pigs or chickens, pork and poultry products cannot legally be tagged with this label without the disclaimer, “Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones.”
• “No Antibiotics”: This label can be used on beef and poultry products, provided that the producer supplies “sufficient documentation … that the animals were raised without antibiotics.”(17)
None of these labels address the welfare of animals during transport or slaughter.

I don’t know about KFC but I know that Cows that we got Milk from are being fed Bolvine steroids or hormones (or something to that affect) to help them to produce more milk.
There is a lot of controversy over that particular issues because people are saying it’s causing girls to develope faster/sooner.

They don’t feed their chickens chemicals, but they do use a lot of preservatives and growth hormones in the feed they give the chickens.
It’s not just KFC that’s causing boys and girls to mature faster: It can be said about all process foods that do this. Especially fast foods. Fast food restaurants introduced to other countries have made people kids in those coutries grow taller and mature faster than the standard diet in those countries.
Is it a good thing? We’ll find out soon enough, when these fast food generations get old.

yes, I think it is true. I don’t think KFC is the only one though. Most food manufacuters are using chemicals but especially ALL fast food chains.
The chemicals and antibiotics in the chickens and other meats and food are a factor in young girls maturing much faster.
