Guessing I would say……
salt
black pepper
red pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
ground cumin
ground oregano
But that’s guessing!!

even if you found out what the ingredients are, you would still need to know how much of each ingredient to put in the batter.
if you really want to know you could cheat. buy some KFC then take a piece of the batter to a lab. Have them analyze it. That’s the best guess I got.

Thus far the only 3 ingredients that I have been able to decipher is corn flour and WHITE pepper and salt.
