first it goes in flour
then it goes into a freezer
then it goes into a fryer
then it turns into fat
don’t eat it. you’re much better off with chicken baked or grilled.
if you absolutely have to have fried chicken then buy a whole fryer(chicken), cut it up properly where you have eight peices and marinate them in a mixture of buttermilk, kosher salt and cayenne pepper for 24 hours, then dredge them in seasoned flour and fry yourself in 360 degree canola or vegetable oil.
Now that’s fried chicken!!!

I have never tried Wal-Mart chicken. I love KFC. The secret ingredient in KFC is Hartz fish food. Little know fact is that the Cornel Sanders was almost blind. He went to the cupboard to get his spices to flavor the chicken when he invariantly picked up the box of Hartz fish food.
