kentucky fried chicken years ago when the cournal was living he spoke of this secret ingrediants.. i never for got that.. i got a job as a tech working on a analyzer.. i wanted to get some kentucky fried and analyze it to find out what made it taste so good…. another person that worked with me told me he worked for kfc and what makes it good .. it is fried undere pressurre .. with lard.. the same as you buy like crisco. the pressure makes the chicken tender and the lard flavors it .. thats the secret a few spices are added to the mixture but a pressure of twenty pounds and enclosed makes all the difference. you could do this also ..
