Fried chicken and white rice or Grilled chicken and brown rice?

My friend tells me that fried chicken and white rice is alot healthier than grilled chicken and brown rice. is this true? he says it has less preservatives and less sodium. I need to lose weight and cant decide between the two
I would guess grilled chicken and brown rice, but perhaps your friend knows more about this.

Fried chicken is not good so dont listen to him at all try grilled chicken with white rice, i think brown rice is disgusting and a waste of time but try it 2 see which 1 u like. It does not really matter what rice u eat but dont eat fried chicken if you are trying to loose weight

anything grilled is better than anything fried. brown rice is healthier because it still has the part with the nutrition on it. fried chicken and white rice have more preservatives, sodium, bad fats, and less nutrition.

Grilled chicken and brown rice is healthier than fried chicken and white rice. Although white rice tastes better, brown rice is much healthier.

For losing weight and overall health the grilled chicken and brown rice will be better. Anything fried is going to be higher in fat than it’s grilled counterpart.
