season it (to your liking), cover it in mustard, coat it with flour and then fry it…it’s good and crispy that way!!

    It’s that simple!

    I have a very easy/fast/cheap one that I do all the time when I’m in a hurry…

get you chicken pieces, season it with salt and pepper… then cover with general flour and fry in oil.

Whenever it’s done you can use a side souce like sweet/sour (my favorite), mustard honey or bbq.

    2 chicken breasts
    1 onion
    1 can sweet corn
    black pepper

Chop and gently fry the onions until soft.
Cut the chicken into small strips and fry quickly in oil from onions, turning and tossing until done. This only take a few minutes. Add back the onions and sweet corn to heat, sprinkle pepper on. Serve with rice/pasta/new potatoes or french bread.
