has anyone ever tryed fried chicken livers?

you would probably have to be from the south to have had them.

    Very popular on the menu where I worked in Scotland. Also very good made into pâté.

    Yes, I love them and I am from North Carolina originally. We ate them all the time, and my husband and I still make them once in awhile.

    Talking about fried chicken livers is making me hungry!!

    The fact that Yankees don’t know about fried chicken livers and Scots do re-enforces the connection between the American South and Scotland.

    yep my aunt used to fix them like that and then sometimes she would add brown gravy to them and serve them over noodles. Yummy !!!
