use a good grade oil for frying, minimum butter for the potatoes and add some chopped sauteed veggies like mushrooms and onion and red pepper, and skip the soda, add water or tomato juice or apple juice.

Omit the butter from the mashed potatoes, or serve fresh boiled potatoes on the side, substitute wheat rolls for the regular white rolls, and bake the breaded chicken in the oven, or offer grilled chicken. Swap the soda out for diet soda, water, unsweetened tea, pure juice or fat free milk.
The exchange is - reduced fat, added fiber, and reduced sugars.

1) take out the soda and replace it with something less sweet
2) don’t use 2 much butter on rolls
3) don’t use so much oil when frying chicken
4)and…….don’t eat so much!!

Instead of fried chicken, bake it then bread it, use real MASHED POTATOes not the unhelthy fake kind, and instead of soda, do water or juice, and for the rolls , make them out of real bread!! and use fake butter

Remove the skin from the chicken, and grill it. Have whole wheat rolls, and instead of white mashed potatoes, have sweet mashed potatoes. And add a nice dinner salad tossed with extra virgin olive oil and vinegar. As for the soda.. ditch it all together!! Have low fat milk or water with it. But if your teacher insists on it being a soda, I’d say diet caffeine free 7-up….lol
GOOD LUCK!!
