Its going to SOUND good, thats it. You aren't going to have the major bass that most people are looking for when they are buying subwoofers, but the sound will be cleaner than most speakers at that price range. Kenwood amps are nicely built and tend to do quite well, so if you decide to change your subs later your amp should still be useful. If you are looking for more power than quality then you may want to try a different brand. Brands such as Lanzar, Kicker, Rockford Fosgate, and Alpine are known to have heavy bass sounds but Kicker and Rockford are also known to be quiet expensive. The choice is yours depending on the sound you are looking for but if you would like something different then try looking at. I have dealed with them before with no problems and they have a large variety at wholesale prices. Estimate on dB level - less than 110dB.

It should sound ok, not loud enough for me but that's another story. Kenwoods have a nice clean tight sounding bass and can blow easily if your not careful. I don't know how loud you like it but they do sound good for the money just don't expect to blow out any windows or set off any car alarms with them.

I think that it woulld hit pretty good. I have had good experiences with Diamond speakers. They are much more expensive then most, but you can tell the difference in them. I have had them and know many people who do. A friend of mine has 2 12 diamond speakers and a 1600w amp in a Honda Civic and it thumps...you can hear it coming. Go to the music/audio store and test them. Trust me they are awesome. But if you aren't interested in them what you are thinking of sounds good. Good luck.
