KFC is not healty.One thing that iis healty at kfc is probally the mac & chesse or mash potatoes woth out gravy. Mc Donalds is probally heathier then kfc.

Fried chicken is the worst fast food out there. It beats out burgers, fries, tacos…
Where else can you get fried fat and skin on your food.
Changing the oil to trans fat free doesn’t turn it into Kashi

do some googling on it, you will find some scary stuff, like how they add so many hormones to make the ****** bigger that the chickens cant hold themselves up. im not kidding
