How is the chicken made at kfc?

Like i know the chicken is delievered or whateva to the store, but what are the spices and stuff that are put on there
Plus, how long is the chicken alllowed on the racks that they sit it on?

    On the racks, too long in most stores. I know. My daughter worked there for a year. I think they come prebreaded and just get fried. As for the spices, that’s a secret.

    i heard they create fake chickens, they fry the chicken and keep it heated under heat lamps, and its like buying frozen chicken

    its made the same way there as anywhere else the daddy chicken gives the mummy chicken one then she has an egg and it hatches into a chicken lol xxxxx

    I worked at KFC for almost 2 years. The chicken comes in fresh every other day and goes straight back to the walk in freezer. The chicken is then pulled out rolled in the secret recipe. The secret recipe is 11 different spices but it comes already proportioned and stuff in large bags each bag of seasoning can bread about 15 pieces of chicken. after the chicken is breaded it goes into the fryer for about 20 minutes. With crispy chicken the bag of spices is added to an entire small box of salt. Like the salt you can buy at stores in those boxes. the chicken is breaded and thrown into the fryer for about 30 minutes. Chicken is not supposed to stay out for longer then i think 14 minutes under the heat lamps but the KFC that i worked at was so busy usually it didn’t stay out under the lamps for more then 5.
