Just go to and you’ll find your answer. They have the calories without the gravy and with the gravy. So whether you use gravy on the mashed potatoes or not, there nutrition guide will have the answer for you.

I would say about 25 calories because KFC gives you such a small tiny tiny serving (in everything they serve) that just walking out of the restaurant door, you’d burn up the 25 calories. They charge a lot but you don’t get much. I always leave hungry and still spend a small fortune, or I should say I used to……….I don’t go there anymore.
