    I don’t know the caloric amount but I will tell you that as good as it is KFC is the worst fast food you can possible eat. The sodium content alone is at dangerous levels. Ask any Cardiologist or Dietician and they will tell you the same. The facts are proven, stay away from it.

    3 pieces chicken breast(original recipe) = 1020 calories
    Biscuit = 220 calories
    Mashed potatoes and gravy = 140 calories
    Side salad with ranch dressing = 220 calories

    Total of 1600 calories

    If the chicken you are referring to are crispy strips, then the total calories for 3 strips is 370. If the chicken you are referring to are original recipe chicken breasts, then each piece has 340 calories (so that is 1020 calories for three). A side salad with original ranch and croutons is 290 calories, a biscuit is 220 calories, and mashed potatoes with gravy are 140 calories.

    This brings the grand total to 1,020 calories if you are eating chicken strips, or 1,670 calories if you are eating 3 whole original recipe chicken *******. Either way that is a lot of calories!
