How many calories?

kentucky fried chicken
He’s Real asked:

About how many calories are in a single potato wedge from Kentucky Fried Chicken (or a similar place)? I’m not talking about a single order, I mean an individual fry. Thanks!

Approx. 280 calories per serving. I’m guessing about 20 calories per wedge. But that is just an estimated guess.

Just find out how many calories in a single order and then divide by how many wedges in the order. You could probably just google “kentucky fried chicken Potato wedge nutrition facts” and it will come up, and then next time you order them, count how many are in there.

Smush it up into crumbs and then eat it, because crumbs have no caloric value! :)

One KFC potato wedge is not going to do anything to hurt you. Your body shape is not altered by one wedge to gain weight you need to consistently eat more bad then good over a couple of days. If you are very worried then you could run on the spot for about a minute and it will probably burn off around the same amount of calories.

If you really need to know there are 260 calories in one side of chips so if you divide it by how many wedges there are in a small serve approx 20 it would be 13 calories.

P.S. The person who said that crushing your food into crumbs makes them have no calories is an idiot!! That is not true.
