How to bake previously fried chicken?

fried chicken
jacobsmomsa asked:

I have a bag of frozen chicken thighs that are fried. They are pre-packaged that way. The directions say to pressure fry them. I want to bake them. How can I make sure that they come out cooked all the way through and still come out crispy? Please help….

BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT AN HOUR ID COVER THEM UP WITH FOIL TO INSURE THE CRISPINESS

Use the new Nu-wave oven. Its the greatest thing ever invented! Or if its a regular oven… bake it but leave it in a few minutes after its done cooking. I do that with frozen fries and they get really crispy.

Well if they are fried thay should be cooked a little
You can put them in the oven at 350-375 until yoou see they are cooked(Cut them open) About 45 -hour

If you want them more crispy put them under the broiler for a few extra minutes

I don’t know if it would work the same, but when we buy fried chicken and reheat it the next day or so, we just pop it in our toaster oven (with the drip pan) and heat it at 350, uncovered, until it’s hot. Good luck!

Defrost them and bake in a 350F oven for about 30-35 minutes. Check the juices run clear.

scrap all the fried skin off, then place in casserole dish. bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until warm.

You can, indeed, bake them that way. But, do not roll them up in foil…foil used that way condenses water from the chicken and they will be soft.

If you can defrost them, do it, then take off their coating. Roll them in an egg-milk dip, then in crushed cornflakes…then bake them…350 degrees sounds good.

    Good luck!
