How to keep and make the fried chicken crispy ?
Enumaerash asked:
I ordered a fried chicken yesterday and
now it’s not crispy. How can I make it crispy as yesterday ?
I always can’t finish the chicken so I save it for the next day.
Do you know anyway to keep it crispy ?

Well, I don’t know how you could keep it away from exposure to air and moist, but I think thats the way to preserve its crisp.

Make sure you put leftover chicken in an air-tight container in the fridge.
The next day, preheat the oven to about 350 and put the chicken in for about 15 minutes…..this doesn’t work with boneless chicken.

just bake it dude be it on a oven toaster or a regular oven put it on a wax paper lined tray to absorb the excess oil but the chicken will become dry if its half eaten because the juices will leach out of the eaten area there are factors that make an item less crispy 1st is moisture then air oil temp if your making your own fried chicken the moisture can come from the oil or the item itself breading etc i usually put the fried item on paper towel lined tray so the oil don’t pool in the bottom you really should make your own fried chicken its simple just dip in flour then egg then brad crumb then deep fry season with salt and pepper after frying and bake if desired
