It does not matter how much you work out you can not see your 6 pact unless you lose some body fat.
Don’t eat the food at work, and start bringing your lunch to school.
Eat healthy and stay away from the junk you have been eating.
It is simple and all you have to do is live a healthy lifestyle including your diet.

abs (in my opinion) are the hardest muscle to get to show, because food is so good. You need to give up those school lunches first off. You need to bring your lunch, a healthy lowfat one. Work your abs every other day, no exceptions.

okay first off say no to caps-lock
with that out of the way…one of the problems is that you eat the school lunches…i’m not saying skip lunch, but school lunches in america are some of the worst (health-wise)…you need to do some cardio (which it sounds like u are doing) and you need to eat lots of protein which is what helps build muscles

You may have what they call a six-pack with a pillow over it. Don’t be too desperate, it takes time. When you calm down, read this:
it’s very helpful.

umm.. get protein drinks.. drink em at least 2xs a day… some are pretty tasty too…
good luck kiddo
and just do as many sit ups as possible EVERY night before you go to bed.. lay off of the junk foods and maybe fast a few meals… itll help you lose wieght… and show your abs more..

Unless you want really toned abs like the weight-lifters, don’t push yourself too hard. When you’re lying in bed every night or watching TV just do a couple sets of 40-50 crunches for half an hour or so every day. As long as you don’t have too much fat on your stomach, which you don’t judging by your description, you should see abs appear in a month or two. Mine took me about a month and a half, so you should be about the same, assuming you don’t have any muscle deficiencies or such.

Exercise only takes so much. Arnold Schwarzenegger said that abs are made in the kitchen not the gym.
I did cross country and never had a six pack. I always kind of protruded a little in the stomach. Cross Country you’re burning like 1000 calories a day 5 days a week and on saturdays like 1400 calories. And I didn’t have a 6 pack!
It’s all about diet. Once I started cutting 500 calories from my Basal Metabolic rate and ate only healthy foods did I start to get a six pack.

proper diet and the right type of multi movement exercise is required.
1) Keep it simple first
here’s 2 articles on eating healthy -
2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat
3) drink plenty of water and green tea
4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks
5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy satisfied
If you’re not too sure on how to plan it, try this link
6) exercise - combine weights and cardio.
here’s a review link to a worthwhile workout, turbulence training
For abs, read these 2 blogs (great articles on abs) -
Hope it helps!
