I want to make a batter coating that tastes exactly like KFC, extra crispy preferably. It’s such a wonderful flavor, as I recall. I’m vegetarian now, but I was thinking I could use a batter of this sort maybe for soy-based meat replacements. Won’t be the same as chicken, but I don’t want to eat chicken. I just want the unique crunchiness and savory flavor. Someone must have leaked the ‘Colonel’s secret recipe’ out to the web by now, right?

but if you want the recipe go to cooks.com theres also a book that tells how to make all your favorite restaurant foods. I like chik-fil-a the best. Yum Yum Yum
