Are talking freezing it or refrigerating it? I think you only have around 3 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer.

If you put it in the freezer, it could keep for up to a year. In the fridge it would probably last 2 - 3 days. Though in either case I’m not sure how appetizing it would be reheated

Depends. Personally that chicken wouldn’t last five minutes inside eight bags–because I love KFC!

about a month. then it gets dried out and stale. the key is to prepare it properly when you take it out so it dosnt get dried out in the cooking process. you could fry it again, or bake it in the oven in a covered dish.

I’d say 2-5 days, but if you ask my mom she’d say a couple of weeks lol. She keeps everything, so I clean out the fridge. Well, freezing it is another story. I’d say up to 3-6 months, nothing more. Make sure it’s completely sealed properly though. Again, if it was my mother, she’d have it in the freezer up to a year or more and then offer it, yuck.

It is safe to freeze ready-prepared chicken. For best flavor and texture, use within 4 months. Why aren’t you eating it now????

I wouldn’t freeze it for more than about 2-3 months. It’s not that it would be rotten after that, just dry.

My husband and I always freeze the left over KFC chicken. I often buy a roasted chicken from the deli at the supermarket, cut it into serving pieces and freeze.

If it was double bagged about 6 months before it begins to lose taste.
