    Because they assume that it is a southern food. To bad kentucky does not wany anything to do with KFC.

    I was told many years ago by my dad that Colonel Sanders is a cousin of mine. I think he is like my 4th or 5th cousin.

    No lie.

    to bad the rest of the Sanders family didn’t get a share of the wealth. :-))

    needless to say most of the Sanders family that I know are from Alabama.
