    its not going to kill you… in fact all the breading of some fried chicken probably wouldn’t affect it at all…

    why ask in the first place diets **** just eat healthy, workout regularly, and make sure to get enough sleep.

    no, the longer you stay on that diet the more harm you are doing to yourself. eat a balanced diet, and forget about these idiotic fads.

    Now you are on Atkins; why dont you try to read “Losing Weight Permanently” by Dr. Jenkinz as a comparison.

    btw, how many kilos have you lost?

    As long as you don’t go over the alloted 25grams of carbs ur okay….a few crumbs don’t have near 25grams maybe 1-2grams….good luck.
