well..baked chicken would be a healthier option for sure—-
I wouold stick with the baked…i don’t need more crap in my body like greasy fired chicken.

First one and then the other. Whatever you are in the mood for at the time. Fried chicken has much more fat in it. Removing the skin before frying or baking is more healthy

I fry my chicken (brown it) and then bake it on 350 for 45 min. Gives you the best of both worlds.
