    In moderation you’re fine
But anything that fried and fat saturated is going to bad for you.

Too much of anything can be bad for you. In this case, all that oil cooked into the chicken can be bad for your cholesterol and blood pressure. Also it won’t look so good on your body if you don’t exercise regularly to get rid of the oils. Also I’m pretty sure they’re loaded with carbs so you should exercise to burn it off.

If you love eating chicken though, try going to groceries with a deli and buy chicken there. The chicken usually has less fat than that of KFC and other places. Or if you want to, eat baked chicken instead. Its much healthier and normally really juicy.
