Much will depend upon how it was cooked. (skin on or off)
If you are talking of drums, thighs, wing that would be OK, but if you are talking about whole legs and breasts, that is a lot of chicken. and that much can't be good for you.

there are healthier alternatives, slow down or the greasy foods cause they don't help your body at all. Try to eat dinner just some fruit or a protein drink will help you. Don't make chicken you only meal, you could even try bring your own lunch to work, that might help. I don't think it will hurt you now but if it continues it could cause some problems.

While that sounds good, maybe cut it down to twice a week, and try taking off at least a little of the breading if you want. You are young and healthy, but if you get in the habit of eating greasy foods and drinking soda pops, it will catch up with you. Now you've got me hungry for...chicken...

It is not the best choice you can make. Short term it's probably not a big deal, but over time it will change your body for the worse. Do they have healthier options for food where you work? Can you cut down your fried chicken intake to once a week?
