I live in Singapore so YES, KFC is open on Xmas eve.

in australia i dont think it is, i know we are definately not open christmas day and im 99% sure not open christmas eve

It is, but not regular hours. They close really early. Call ahead.

In Australia They are
the only day they aren’t open is Christmas day
and that is all year. It isn’t classed as public holiday so it is even open for normal times
