yep I have noticed here too that the chicken is starting to **** and the customer service is atrocious..because we live far away from KFC we usually bring in home (an hour drive from city) and I recook it either by fryer or put in oven for a bit..that will crisp it up..yeah you could complain but do it in a nice way..I was wondering if maybe the change of oil had anything to do with it..it doesn’t taste like the Colonels chicken anymore..A&W has pretty good chicken;)

KFC crispy chicken here is crispy, like always. nothing you can do about the place you go. just go somewhere else.

i’ve been noticing lately that kfc’s chicken around my place has been getting greasier than usual. i would suggest going to their website and writing down comments?

    or

you could try popeye’s chicken :D

    I never had this problem.
Of course the last time I ate Kentucky Fried Chickens was ages ago.
It seems like the KFC in your hometown is disgusting.
I do not support KFC based on the fact of their inhumane cruelty to chickens.
Also the food isn’t that great.

If I were to choose I would choose Popeye’s over KFC.

p.s. Attached is a URL which gives you information on KFC and their mistreatment to chickens.

Yeah I did at the one in South Philly. Every time we go to the KFC there we never get crispy chicken when we order it. I want it crunchy when I bite it. It’s never like that. When I was a kid I used to love to just eat the skin cause it was so crispy. Now it’s always soggy!

Never heard of this, sounds like a problem with your restaurant. I would talk to the manager.
