I am vegetarian and able to get meals at KFC. You can have their salads, but request that the chicken be omitted; or mashed potatoes without the gravy; french fries; coleslaw; dinner rolls. Check your branch because I saw in the news that KFC has come up with a vegetarian “chicken” sandwich.

ummm sorry to say this but all kfcs stuff are genetically made or modified, that is they do not use fresh things.

i heard this somewhere on TV or read it i forgot.

The KFC in Canada has a vegetarian chicken sandwich now (made out of soy) and also offers chinese food. If the KFC you are going to does not offer either then I would just order a bunch of sides and just fill up on that…get fries and coleslaw or potato salad or something.

corn, mashed potatoes, potato salad, cole slaw. Some KFCs have salads, tell them to not put on the chicken, potato wedges OH yeah, Mac and cheese! SO you could just order a few side items and a biscuit.

They have corn, potato wedges, mashed potatoes and more. Look at the menu, there’s lots of choices.

You just order a chicken meal with the sides you want, and ask them to ‘hold the chicken’.

Kinda reminds me of Five Easy Pieces, the 70s Jack Nicholson movie. He’s in a restaurant with someone he’s been hitchhiking with and asks for some toast with his breakfast. The waitress says it’s against the rules and just won’t give in. So he tells her to bring him a chicken salad sandwich on wheat toast, no mayonnaise, no butter, no lettuce. Then he tells the waitress to “hold the chicken…”

You can’t have the gravy, but you probably already know that. Sides like corn and biscuits are fine if you aren’t vegan. If you are vegan enjoy your yummy water.

They have that chicken/mash bowl…It comes with mashed potatoes, chicken, gravy, corn, cheese. Maybe you could ask them not to put the chicken in it. Or get mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans, coleslaw, etc. I don’t remember them having any salads. Unless their menu has changed since I’ve been there (it’s been a while).

Sorry, wish I could help you more. Look at the sides, if they have salads ask for it without the chicken.
