I’ve tasted this recipe and it isn’t bad. Pay close attention to what chicken to buy and what temperature for the oil.

Below is a copycat recipe for the original KFC chicken, although I haven’t tried it yet, it got great reviews from people on there that did. The difference of course will be cooking method as KFC uses a pressure fryer (similar to a pressure cooker) to fry their chicken. But you can get close to it, and making it yourself you can make it healthier by choosing the right oil. Good luck and hope this helps…
KFC Fried Chicken Coating
1 Tbs. rosemary
1 Tbs. sage
1 Tbs. thyme
3 Tbs. minced parsley
1 Tbs. paprika
2 Tbs. onion salt
1 pkg. Continental cream of tomato soup
1 Tbs. oregano
1 Tbs. ginger
3 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbs. garlic salt
1 Tbs. powdered chicken bouillon
Blend 3 minutes in blender, store in refrigerator. Use 1 oz. with 1
cup flour for chicken. Deep fry.
