5:06 am - April 9th, 2006
I like my animal cruelty extra crispy with a side of cole slaw and a biscuit.
12:14 pm - April 11th, 2006
i **** IT
but hating it doesnt really solve anything, even if someone tries doing something about it, people are still gonna eat there, they just dont know what they do, or people are just really heartless to care.
its really discusting what they do, but they just dont give a rats *** about anything. its all about money. whatever they can get there hands on they’ll do it.
expecally the workers that torture them.
hahaha the best thing is that somepeople would sabotage the resturent and put those kentucky friend cruelty stickers all over the place. haha its great……

Man,its like mass massacre. It make me sick just to look at it.
1:57 pm - April 15th, 2006
Do you think KFC is the only culprit in this mess? Try the grocery store. Every animal mass-produced for the sake of human consumption is so grossly tortured and horrendously slaughtered that it makes me sick.
I support your vegan lifestyle and applaud your choice. Are you avoiding the pitfalls of leather shoes and wool clothes? It’s a hard choice but certainly a noble effort.

I can’t watch that, but I know what they do. Some people just don’t care, the food “tastes too good”:( I feel that one day, in the distant future that it will all end.

I have two pet chickens and they are treated like princesses. But guess what? Chickens are more barbaric than people. Chickens will eat their own eggs, and whenever one of my girls laid an egg it was always a question of who got to it first. If I was not fast enough then she would break it open and start eating it right away. Chickens also love eggs scrambled, and will gobble down chicken meat real fast. So in some ways chickens have worse behavior than people. Even Miss Kitty is afraid of them. If chickens were bigger than people then the human race would by subjugated to the worse kind of torture and death by these monsters.
But my two girls behave most of the time except when they smack me in the face with their wings or drop a dump down my leg. Even so, they are my babies and I could never eat them.

what makes me sick, and im not calling you out, (because i dont know you), are the vegans with the leather hand bags and boots, i think some people are such hypocrites….
i didnt watch the video, if i did i might not eat chicken again, im sure its the same for alot of processed meat, but then again i dont eat tofu for that same reason, man that stuff looks nasty, but i will eat a veggie burger in a heart beat, they aint that bad
10:13 am - April 26th, 2006
i never eat there! i tried once to go vegan but i couldnt (because was always educated to eat meat) and i got sick, but one of this day i wont care and ill go vegan again because i cant stand animal cruelty!!:(
3:13 am - April 29th, 2006
Humans have been killing animals for their food ever since the beginning of their existence on Earth. There is nothing that makes this case any different, except that people mass kill animals for food, due to the overpopulation in the world.
6:12 am - April 30th, 2006
Look i understand,i was a veggie for a bit but i soon realised if one person stops eating meat nothing will change..ok you wont be part of it but the chickens wont know will they, and ok if EVERY1 became a veggie they wouldnt bother breeding animals then the animals wouldnt have a life and thats less fair isnt it?
Lifes a bit too short to worry about theese things, but like i said i DO know how you feel and yes i have cried too but no matter what we do not 1 chicken will be treated better, just a cruel fact of life, humans are meat eaters end of story =(
hope ive kinda help put things into perspective x
Gr8 uve just made me go and order a kfc now! lol

12? You do know that these animals are only raised to be slaughtered, right?
You also know that owning a pet is animal cruelty according to some of the hypocrites on here. Your cat should be free-range and cruelty free.

Tyson Foods owns the poultry, but since its facilities are located in areas not “reporter/media friendly”, PETA likes to protest KFC instead. So far, has not worked. KFC remains one of the biggest fast food companies in the world. But what about supermarkets and other stores that use Tyson foods? Why no protest action against them? Or each individual mother/father/household that buys Tyson Foods chicken? Not enough publicity?
since you’ve taken the time and effort to research animal cruelty (it’s a propoganda video by the way but ok, it’s there), I suggest you do the same on another animal cruelty.. the human child animal who work on crop/vegetable/fruit farms. They comprise only 8% of the total child labor population in the US but suffer 40% of all death and injuries in agricultural accidents. They also suffer from crowded housing (like the chickens) physical, mental and sexual abuse (like the chickens), and exploitation. And that’s just the US. About 175 million children are involved world wide. And that’s just children. We aren’t even talking about the adults (like the hens in the video) yet. Too bad, PETA won’t make a video for those “animals” but maybe you can? Or maybe shed a tear or two for them too everytime you bite into an apple?

Kentucky people cannot be accounted for their cruelty. They are forced to do the sin for the Chicken eaters only. So long as demand for chicken is there, their business would flourish. Killing chicken is just killing a human being, both are lives on the surface of the earth. Only difference is that Chicken has no right to challenge the killer. Beware, the sin done by Kenticky is credit to our account only.

The animals were put here for us to eat. The earth inhabits more people today then it did hundreds of years ago. The companies are having to go about more of a mass production type of approach. You have the choice of eating it or not.

Sweet heart, 99% of everything humans eat was at one trime alive. Do we not mass produce fruits and vegetable to feed the world? Were these plants not alive? Or does it not count if you do not have a heart beat or a brain.
I personally think that vegan and vegetarians are hypocrites. We grow fruits and vegetables in massive fields then harvest them and let them die a “slow death” during the process from farm to the table. And how do we really kill them. We slice and dice and julienne and them throw them in a pot pan to cook them. What could be more cruel.
If we do not “kill” what would we eat. We all have to eat so what else are we gonna do?
6:00 am - May 5th, 2006
I am not vegan and I love fried chicken and I USED to eat from KFC and THIS is the video that stopped me cold. It is a pity KFC was not put out of business for this; in fact, I don’t think they even received a fine. Disgraceful and the ones doing that should be jailed for a few years and made to eat raw chickens including bones feet and beaks.
3:35 pm - May 6th, 2006
I am wondering how many people would eat meat as much as they do if they actually had to kill the animals themselves, and butcher them.
I am not going to say that people don’t have their agency to eat meat, but people eat it WAY TOO MUCH these days b/c it is easily available. It is not healthy and massive factory farms/feed-lots are not humane.
BTW–have you ever held a chicken, and petted it? They are not intelligent animals, but they respond to kindness. I have had pet chickens that close their eyes and snuggle up to you when petted. That’s good enough for me not to eat them.

uggh i know its sad! terrible
1:24 am - May 8th, 2006
My thoughts are KFC doesn’t handle live birds so you’re crying about the wrong company. Tyson should be your target.
Also, having perused your Q & A, I’d suggest you get some help for your problems or ease up on the smoke.
8:39 pm - May 9th, 2006
I’m with you and it freaks me out to see how people don’t care.
BUT
spread the word and someday we might be enough in numbers to stop this.
6:13 pm - May 10th, 2006
I don’t have a prob. with meat eaters, nor should they have a prob. with me choosing not to eat meat, however I do have a prob. with the quality in which these big corps. like KFC and Tyson go about manufacturing their meat. Give them some what of a life at least! Cutting their little beaks off all for the sake of making more $$$ ?! god bless America!!!!

Because your a vegan do you not think any animals are harmed in your twigs and berries production from which you feast? How many animals are killed by farm equipment harvesting the wheat you eat in the field. the leftovers of the chickens from human consumption is then ground up and make fertilizer to grow the lettuce and carrots you eat. It’s the cycle of the earth, wildfires cleanse old forests, killing animals for food and fertilizing the soil with their carcases. It’s the circle of life. The way It’s meant to be.
