They STILL say “chicken” because it is CHICKEN.

Interesting, from the point of view that when I was in North Wales last year, an Animal Rights group were protesting outside of a KFC store. They never made any reference to this, but instead were pushing for more ethical treatment and humane slaughter of the birds.

It still says chicken, but apparantly KFC did change their trading name to delete the word “Fried” to keep up with the more health conscious (yeah right!) Maccy D’s

Where I live, I can actually go out to a butchers’ shop (or a supermarket) and buy Grade A horse-meat. Not the type for your dog, but the type for human consumption. You wouldn’t have any problem eating that would you ? You wouldn’t know the difference from buffalo (you can get that here also).

Personally, I won’t eat at Chick-fil-A, because they donate money to Focus on the Family, a notable anti-gay group.

this theory has been travelling the internet for years. personally i dont eat at kfc or maccas, im a BK gal.

As for the terminology on the word chicken used at KFC, I’m not sure but much of this information about the ‘food’ prep is true.

oh well that’s probably fake but the reason i don’t go there anymore is because they said that they found rats and it was unsanitary conditions in KFC and that grossed me out.
