Sure they can. They can put pretty much anything they want on their receipt. They can play hymns over the music system and hang pictures of Jesus on the wall.
Or they could fix the whole place up as a shrine to the Flying Spaghetti Monster. A private business has a pretty wide latitude about what they can do.
