KFC and All Fried Chicken

I had Kentucky Fried chicken again and then some frozen (cooked in microwave) shrimp fried rice. A frozen dinner like. It was disgusting. Oh, I also had cole slaw with the KFC. I feel sick after eating this kind of crappy food. KFC and fried rice.
