kentucky fried chicken
Sarah asked:

Cooking it in a pan on the stove always makes my breading fall off, and I want it to be crunchy! Not as crunchy as Kentucky Fried Chicken, but just a little crunchy.

It’s boneless, skinless, thawed, unbeated chicken ******* (I always forget to include this info and then people ask lol)

1. Cover in flour
2. Dip in egg
3. Roll in breadcrumbs (with seasonings of course)
4. Put foil on cookie sheet
5. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray
6. Put chicken on foil. Cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.

I want it to be juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I heard that wrapping the chicken in foil, and then taking it off 15 minutes before it’s done would help. But I’m only cooking it for 20 minutes! Someone help me out with the oven times and the foil situation!!

I tried an olive oil, cornflake, Mrs. Dash, and egg shake and bake to simulate fried chicken, but it was not good at all.

I have a deep fryer. Fry daddy in case someone asks. I need a recipe on how to make spicy chicken. Mine always comes out very bland. The chicken tastes great but I just want to season it better. Like how does jack in the box get their spicy bites so spicy??
I will take all your chicken spicing idea’s. I want to fry up some chicken tonight and am waiting to go grocery shopping after your replies. Thanks so much.
I already dip it into egg and flower before hand.

I have been wanting to know what the best breading is for fried chicken. I tried corn flakes and flour but it tastes bland, and stale. I didnt like it all that much. and I use to just use water to dip the chicken in and then into the flour but it didnt stick very well so i tried egg and milk and it makes me sick to my stomach! so what can I do to make thick breading and season it well?

What’s your way of cooking your fried chicken?

What I usually do is I mix a couple of spices coupled with two pieces of egg and corn oil. I marinate the chicken for about an hour then wrap them up using corn starch.

I’m really looking for more ways to make my fried chicken more tasty and earth-shaking. Please share me some useful methods. (I’m a guy, by the way.)
