KFC and All Fried Chicken

The salads (including potato, macaroni and cole slaw, plus the green salads) all have either mayonnaise or chicken, so those won’t do. I suppose the potato and macaroni salads can be eaten if the mayonnaise used in the salads is not made with eggs. What do you think?

then how does the cook in the fast food chain prepare the finger lickin good chickens? does the manager order the flour with the spices and stuff from the main branch so the cook in KFC would just add eggs on the chicken then roll it up on the flour with bread crumbs?

How do I get the breading on my chicken fingers to look like KFC. I have tried just flour, flour & milk, flour, milk and eggs, and nothing looks like KFC. My crust ends up thinning out and not tasting like I want to.
