Has anyone ever tried to duplicate (and actually came close to tasting like the real thing) the seasoning that Popeyes or KFC use on their chicken. What did you use?

And how come they’re still “SECRET”? Wouldn’t a food scientist easliy find out what they use with that “sniffing-thingamajig”?

LOL! Wowww! Are you guys serious?? Just salt and pepper? I do that anyway! And they make such a big deal out of it! Maybe I need to add a little MSG. LOL!
