KFC and All Fried Chicken

I have noticed that whenever i go to my favourite chicken place KFC the workers(cleaners) are always very noisy and screech the chairs loudly when they move them,i live in the U.K so i dont know if they do it in the U.S but i find it very annoying and it grates on my nerves. Do they do it on purpose to annoy customers?Can i make a complaint or something?
