fried chicken
denimcap asked:

I always thought fried foods were so fatty, but searching sites like nutritiondata and recipe sites that provide nutritional info, it seems like boneless skinless chicken (breast) fried in flour, w/o any batter) contains like NO fat, or little more than when baked.

Are those figures I’m finding accurate?
How do you fry in cooking spray? I don’t mean stir fry, in the photos there was a crispy flour coat.

That’s right I made some fried vegetarian chicken balls

http://www.flickr.com/photos/11808780@N08/sets/72157601553456953/

it’s got sweet and hot sauce on it, it’s crispy and full of flavor, on a bed of fried noddles, served with brown rice and hot peppers.

oh it taste like chicken too, but it cost 10 times less and no animal dies.

so the question is do you eat TVP? if no why not?
kitkat, they didn’t cook it right
