fried chicken
Candice asked:

I know this sounds like a weird question. I would like to add fried chicken to my 4th of July menu but I don’t want to be standing over the stove when guests are arriving. Has anyone ever “pre-fried” fried chicken, refrigerated it, and warmed it back up while still maintaining it’s crispy texture? If so, how? Thank you in advance for your help :0)

I have these speakers in the front kick panels of my doors. They are running off of a Pioneer DEH-P6800MP head unit. I have 2 JL audio VR 6×9’s in the back running off of a 200 watt Rockford amp. The VR’s sound great but it sounds to me like the Kenwoods aren’t giving me all they can and I think it’s because they’re just running off of the head unit. I don’t want to get one big amp to run everything because I can’t afford one. I was thinking about just getting a small, maybe 60 watt amp. Is that enough, too much, or should I not amp them at all? Thanks for the help.
