6g a day would be a starvation diet! Do you mean 6g of fat (even that would be low) or 6g of salt (would have thought that would be lower).

No because it depends on the calorie count, fat content as well as sodium levels and vitamins, e numbers etc. Just 6g of food would be palin stupid, just a bowl of cereal a day!
I don’t think those fast foods you mentioned are a teens fav food, I just think they are fast to prepare either cooking from frozen or buying from a fast food resteraunt. They can be made healthy if people are prepared to take the time and cook from scratch. I make fries with just potatoes and a table spoon of olive oil baked in the oven for forty minutes. I make home made burgers with lean minced meat, pepper for seasoning, mixed herbs, carrot, leek and a bit of broccoli. Pizza I make the dough and leave it over night to rise and make my own tomatoe sauce which is paked with finely chopped veg, then use low fat cheese and lean ham for topping with mushrooms…but all this does take time and planning and people are just too lazy. They would have to spend time planning meals and shopping for them instead of just buying frozen. Teens eat food that is fastly prepared because they are so busy with their lives and so are their parents, in most cases.

if you are talking about 6g of junk a day then fine..at least it would be simpler to train kids to eat healthy..its at this age when they should learn about it,not when they are grown up and flabby…teens love them because its just such a culture that too many teens love fastfood that balso taste great,of course if they burn it off equally well then it wont be an issue…fast food menus are rarely healthy…
