The original spices were always held as TOP SECRET. Apparently now all it is…salt, pepper, flour and MSG. (It makes sense..take a close look at the chicken..do you see anything other than pepper?)

Until just recently, it was kept in a vault in Louisville, KY. Only about 25 people have access to it. Short answer, no one knows for sure.
Honestly, the herbs aren’t the biggest thing. It’s the pressure cooking technique that make the chicken so tender that’s the kicker. The herbs are probably something like……..
1. Salt
2. Pepper
3. Paprika
4. Powdered garlic
5. Powdered onion
6. Thyme
7. Powdered mustard
8. MSG
9. Celery salt
10. A pinch of chili powder
11. Perhaps a dash of sugar
